RGA Buckingham CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
RGA BUCKingham will comply with the ethos and all policies and procedures set by the UKBJJA in relation to Child Protection Procedures. These are set out in the UKBJJA Safe Guarding Policy 2018.
The UKBJJA and its member Clubs work continually with the appropriate bodies to ensure that the Association remains at the forefront of good practice in respect of Child Protection policies and procedures.
All Charity Trustees, coaches, volunteers and helpers at RGA BUCKingham organised events must be provided with a copy of the UKBJJA policy, and confirmed their understanding of its requirements, prior to any coaching of, or contact with, children. It is the responsibility of RGA BUCKingham welfare officer, appointed in accordance with UKBJJA requirements, to ensure compliance with this requirement.
This policy was last reviewed in January 2024 and must be reviewed annually.
