RGA Buckingham – Gym Conduct & Safety Policy

At RGA Buckingham, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive training environment for all members. To ensure the well-being of every student, we have established the following policy regarding personal conflicts and gym conduct.

1. Respect & Conduct

• All members are expected to treat training partners, coaches, and staff with respect at all times.
• Personal conflicts, disputes, or past relationships must not interfere with the training environment.
• Harassment, intimidation, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Addressing Personal Conflicts

• If a personal conflict arises that affects training, members are encouraged to speak privately with a coach or staff member for support.
• If two individuals with a personal history train at the gym, we expect mutual professionalism and respect.
• In situations where tensions exist, gym management may implement measures such as separate training times or class adjustments to maintain a positive environment.

3. Zero-Tolerance for Harassment & Intimidation

• Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional harassment will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or a permanent ban from the gym.
• If a member feels unsafe due to the presence of another individual, they should report their concerns to the coaching staff or management immediately.
• Management reserves the right to remove any individual whose presence negatively impacts the well-being of others.

4. Gym as a Neutral Space

• The gym is a place for personal growth, discipline, and camaraderie. External conflicts must not be brought into training.
• Coaches and staff will not tolerate hostility, gossip, or disruptive behavior related to personal matters.

5. Reporting & Resolution

• Any member with concerns should speak with a coach or management in confidence.
• Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and discretion.
• If necessary, outside support (such as legal or law enforcement advice) may be sought in extreme cases.
