Just wear comfortable gym clothes (like a t-shirt and shorts or leggings). If you’re trying Jiu-Jitsu, we can provide a loaner gi (uniform). Bring a bottle of water and be ready to have fun!

Absolutely! We have dedicated kids’ classes for ages 4–15. Check out our schedule and we’ll make sure your child gets placed in the right age group.
