Your First Session

No. You can begin at your current fitness level. Your strength, mobility and stamina will improve naturally as you continue training.
Yes. Our mixed classes welcome both men and women. We also offer dedicated women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu sessions for students who prefer that option.
Wear comfortable sports clothing without zips, buttons or hard fittings. A fitted T-shirt or rash guard with shorts or leggings is ideal. We can advise you about purchasing a gi afterwards.
No. Beginners are not pressured into sparring before they are comfortable. Your coach will explain when and how to begin live training safely.
Yes. Competition is completely optional, but students who want to compete can access additional coaching and dedicated competition training.
