Whether you’re completely new or just looking to try something different, our women’s-only classes provide a safe and empowering space to train. In addition to learning practical self-defence, you’ll build fitness, improve focus, and become more confident—both on and off the mats.

Unlike other fitness options, Jiu-Jitsu gives you more than just a workout. It challenges you mentally and physically, helping you grow stronger with every session. Because the classes are designed specifically for women, you’ll feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to progress at your own pace.

A Class Just for You

We understand that starting something new can feel intimidating. However, our women’s-only classes are designed to remove that barrier. You’ll train in a supportive and judgement-free environment, alongside other women who are there to build each other up.

As a result, you’ll not only develop valuable skills, but also make new friends and become part of a welcoming community.

Yes! These sessions are exclusively for women, providing a welcoming and empowering space to train and learn together.

Absolutely. Most of our students started with no prior experience. We’ll guide you through the fundamentals and make sure you feel comfortable from day one.

Our women’s-only Jiu-Jitsu classes run:
• Mondays at 6:00 PM
• Wednesdays at 9:30 AM

You’re welcome to attend either or both sessions each week. We also offer mixed classes if you’re interested in additional training opportunities!

For your first session, wear something comfortable like gym leggings and a t-shirt. We’ll provide everything else you need to get started, including a training uniform if required.

We offer a free trial class so you can experience it first-hand with no pressure. After that, it’s just £75 per month for unlimited training, or £5 per session if you’d prefer to attend just the women’s-only classes.
